There are numerous tourist attractions for families and young people as well as clubs and restaurants.
— The Etruscan Coast
It is so named because of the numerous Etruscan necropolises mainly found between the Gulf of Baratti and Populonia, which was originally the only Etruscan city built along the coastal strip; the name later extended to the entire coast of the province of Livorno, largely corresponding to the Livorno Maremma. The coast is mainly low and sandy in the section between Rosignano Solvay to the north and the Gulf of Baratti to the south, with beaches generally of golden color, with the exception of the coastal stretch between Rosignano Solvay and Vada where the evocative White Beaches extend.
