Holiday House CSA

CSA Holiday House is a vacation home dedicated to families and groups of young people interested in spending a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Marina di Bibbona .

The Center is divided into four independent circular towers for a total of 85 rooms and 240 beds.

All around extends well 60,000 square meters of Mediterranean pine forest , parallel to the coast, crossed by numerous natural paths that end on the private beach < / b>.

You can take advantage of the following treatments: Bed and breakfast (B & amp; B); Half board (HB); Full board (FB) thanks to the restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served.

Private Beach

The private beach of the Holiday Apartment CSA extends for a few hundred meters along the coast of Marina di Bibbona. The sand that covers it is fine and golden, soft to the touch.
The sea is clear and calm, ideal also for children to play safely as the seabed remains low up to several meters from the shore.
It is a place of peace and relaxation where you can recharge your batteries between one dive and another.

Our rooms

The 85 rooms of the Holiday House CSA are located in the four circular towers that make up the structure. Each room has two, three or four beds and is equipped with an umbrella on the private beach.

The staff responsible for cleaning the rooms are busy on a daily basis: they are responsible in particular for the rebuilding of the beds, the reorganization of the room and the bathroom. The change of linen takes place regularly every three days, or in any case in case of need.

The pine forest of Marina di Bibbona

An authentic naturalistic jewel of the place, the splendid centuries-old pine forest is crossed by a wide path, 5 kilometers long that allows you to cross it starting from Marina di Cecina to Marina di Bibbona, which can be traveled on foot on horseback or by bicycle. Along the pine forest in the Albereto area you can visit a small educational trail on the various tree species in the reserve; it is also possible to access the suggestive dunes, going through the various accesses that lead to the beach and then to the sea and then resume the path. Moreover, there are areas equipped for picnics at the edges of the wide path with wooden tables and benches, to complete the whole.
